Gabriela Vivacqua is a young lawyer and social photographer, born in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
Photography happened unexpectedly in her life, but it was strong enough to make her leaves the desk behind to travel around the world.
In 2015, Gabriela moved and lived in Sudan for almost two years working for International Organization for Migration (IOM) and latter for United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).
Gabriela says what she loves is the magical moment when she establishes and shares something with people she is photographing. Through her lens she reaches their stories and shows her care about simple people, children, women and cultural traditions.
"Photo-realism is a photography that loves the truth, expresses the truth, reveals the truth." (Domon Ken)
